These Terms govern your access to and use of the WealthAura mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Service Availability: While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Services for business or operational reasons.

Eligibility and Registration

Eligibility Requirements

To use WealthAura services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a Malaysian citizen or legal resident
  • Have a valid Malaysian NRIC or passport
  • Have a valid Malaysian bank account
  • Have a valid email address and mobile phone number
  • Not be barred from using financial services under Malaysian law

Registration Process

To create an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Verify your identity through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process
  • Agree to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service
  • Pass our compliance and risk assessment procedures

Account Verification: We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested verification information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Account Security and Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
  • Log out of your account after each session
  • Not share your account credentials with anyone

  • Premium support: FREE
  • Additional services: As notified when available

Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure. Any changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance through the app or email. Continued use of our Services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fee structure.

Third-Party Fees

You may be responsible for fees charged by your bank or other financial institutions for transactions processed through WealthAura. These fees are not controlled by us and are subject to the terms of your agreements with those institutions.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

WealthAura and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to:

  • The WealthAura mobile application and website
  • All software, algorithms, and source code
  • Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
  • Content, text, graphics, and multimedia
  • Product names and service descriptions
  • Documentation and user materials

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use our Services to develop competing products
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without explicit written permission

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The information provided is accurate, complete, or reliable
  • Our Services will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • Our Services are free from viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthAura and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any damages arising from your access to or use of our Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
  • Any content obtained from our Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of RM100 or the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.

Termination and Suspension

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Termination will not affect any obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Misrepresent information during registration
  • Fail to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Engage in activities that may harm our reputation or operations

Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use our Services will cease immediately
  • You must cease all use of our Services
  • We may delete your account and associated data
  • Any outstanding fees must be paid immediately
  • Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through the following process:

  1. Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties will attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
  3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and WealthAura will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Miscellaneous

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and WealthAura concerning our Services and supersede all prior agreements.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at our discretion.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of WealthAura.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

By using WealthAura, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
